Funding Round dates
The Hadyard Hill Board meet on the third Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November.
All applications must be handed in before the 15th of December, February, April, June, August and October in order to meet the next months funding round. This allows for adequate time for any problems to be ironed out and for the board members to review the applications.
You must provide a copy of your constitution that has been signed by two Office Bearers.
You must provide a copy of your most recent financial statements which have been signed by an independent third party.
You must provide your organisations most recent bank statement.
You must provide quotations/project costs. For items under £5000 you must provide 1 quote, items over £10,000 you must provide 2 quotes and for items over £10,000 you must provide 3 quotes.
